How can i book?

On our booking online form, please put the pickup & drop off locations, time & date, the number of people, the one way or return way option. Then follow the steps where form provides you easily.

What are the payments methods of the transfer?

You can choose to pay the transfer with two options at the finally step on the booking form, cash on arrival or putting your card details.

How I know if my booking is done?

After your payment you will receive a confirmation email of your booking, if not please contact us info@zanteviptransfers.com or calling +30 6982983742.

What happens after I make a booking?

Once you will make the booking all the details are coming on us automatically that means you must put the correct information. We are not responsible for any mistakes filling the booking form, if something will change from your side please let us know before you start your journey.

What includes on the costs of the transfer?

The price is per route and according the number of people, so please choose the vehicle according the number of persons.

Does the price depend on the date of my transfer?

No, the price of transfer doesn’t depend from the date.

How can I add my flight number correctly?

When you book a transfer is important to fill correctly the number of your flight (for example, EZY1280) letter and number, not only the number.

Can i add a special request?

Yes, you can add any special request on the online booking form at the special comments text.

What I can do if I decided to book a transfer on last minute?

Online bookings transfers can be made 24 hours before your arrival, if you want a last minute transfer we can arrange it by calling us directly or text us on this number +30 6982983742.

 

CANCELATTION & FLIGHT ARRIVALS – DEPARTURE FAQ

What’s Zante Vip Transfers cancellation policy?

The cancellation is free of charge 24 hours prior to your transfer. In case you have make a prepayment transfer and you want to cancel it 24 hours prior your pick up date & time we refund your prepaid amount and we inform you via email. Have in mind that the bank needs 10 to 15 days in order to show you the refund amount.

How I can change my booking?

You can change your booking transfer 24 hours prior your transfer not less, by contact us info@zanteviptransfers.com or calling +30 6982983742

How I can cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking 24 hour prior your transfer date by contact us info@zanteviptransfers.com or calling +30 6982983742

What should I do if my flight arrives earlier?

If your flight arrives earlier please wait at the arrivals and contact us by calling +30 6982983742 and the driver will be there as soon as possible.

What should I do if my arrival flight delayed?

If you know before your take off that may there is a delay please inform us via info@zanteviptransfers.com or by calling +30 6982983742 us and will arrange a new pick up time.

Will I have to pay extra for waiting time?

We do not charge waiting time, if something will happen please contact us  as soon as possible directly +30 6982983742.

 

DRIVER & VEHICLE FAQ

How much luggage can I take with me?

The vehicle has enough space to fits the luggage, on each vehicle according the number of people you will see next to that the number of luggage.

Are the driver and the vehicle fully licensed and insured for the people who transfer?

Yes the driver and the vehicle are fully licensed and insured.

How long before the flight must arrive on the airport?

We advise to arrive on the airport at least 2 hours prior your departure flight.

What if I am travelling with children?

Every child considers as a passenger you must fill correctly the number on the online booking form.

Do you provide baby seats / baby boosters?

Yes, with extra cost, you can add this option at the extras on the online booking form as you follow the booking steps.

Is it necessary to book child seats?

Yes is necessary, as by law the transportation of children’s and infants must have a safe child – baby seats during the transfer.

Can my driver make a stop or change the route?

For any stops that aren’t included on your booking transfer can be arranged with the driver and the driver will charge according.

What if I’m travelling with a wheelchair?

Unfortunately this transfer option isn’t available from us.

What if I am travelling with animals?

Animals don’t accept at the vehicle, only if there are on the safety portable carrier, have medical certificates and the legal papers of the animal. For any damage which will be cause by the animal to the vehicle you will be charge according.

Where I will meet the driver?

The driver will be waiting you at the arrivals holding a board with your booking name on it.

Will my driver drop me / pick me up at my accommodation?

Yes the driver will drop you /pick up you at your accommodation, if there are pedestrians areas or closure areas, etc, will be drop you /pick up you at the nearest accessible point.

What is your policy on inappropriate behavior?

The driver has the right to refuse to transfer any person who is thought is under alcohol or drugs or bad language and can cause a threat to the driver or to the passengers or damage to the vehicle. No refund will be given to those situations.

Any damage of the vehicle which may cause from the passenger side will be charge.

What is your smoking policy?

The smoking during your transfer is forbidden by law.
